Brian St. Louis – 4 decades of music
“Some children
have silver spoons, some have silver
six-strings.”
Brian St. Louis is the first
of three sons to the legendary Country and Western
musician/songwriter Lee St. Louis and his wife Bonnie. Gigs
and guitars were the building blocks of childhood as was the
appreciation, interpretation, and dedication witnessed by
the family of the original St. Louis music man.
Brian held his first guitar
at the age of three, and by the age of thirteen was
performing with his father on stage. With his father and
band-mates as mentors, the intense love of music and talent
grew as Brian did.
Brian ventured out on his own
in “Desperado” following closely in his father’s footsteps.
As time went on, life experiences brought Brian’s emotions
closer to the music of what is now called classic rock.
Brian played lead guitar, bass guitar, and keyboards as well
as performing vocals in many bands during the 80’s and 90’s.
